Stephanie troubleshoots circulation issues across libraries and manages circulation fines. She generally works Sunday-Wednesday.
Jennifer assists researchers in identifying and accessing an array of numeric and geospatial data; facilitates access to data resources across the disciplines; supports research and teaching that uses numeric and geospatial data; identifies emerging needs in these fields, and envisions new services in response; and develops and strengthens relationships among the Library, faculty, students, and other centers on campus, positioning the Library as a key partner. She is also the liaison to the School of Data Science.
As Reference Librarian for Information Services, Trillian answers in-person and virtual reference questions.
Robert Holden manages the day-to-day operations of the spaces and resources across the 3rd floor of Clemons. He manages the library's student employee, Digital Media Consultants, spaces, equipment, computers, and ensures that everything is kept in operating condition. He also consults with faculty to create workshops for their courses involving video and audio production software and hardware.
Ric is the Library’s Audiovisual Systems Engineer. Ric is responsible for the Library’s audiovisual systems.
Tony is responsible for stacks management at Clemons Library.
Jeff works with colleagues across the Library to promote strategic initiatives and Advancement goals of the Library. He manages the production of fundraising materials and other outreach materials for a variety of audiences, and oversees the Library’s main social media channels.
Christine manages the borrowing, retrieval, and scanning of ILS materials for the Borrowing section of Interlibrary Services (ILS); she supervises ILS Borrowing staff and provides IT support for ILS.
Barbara Hatcher receives and creates order records for all incoming rare materials. She catalogs some print materials, and is a collections assistant in the Preservation department.
