Physical materials

Library spaces are operational but my have delays or closures during winter weather. Please check hours before visiting.

LEO deliveries to academic departments end Dec. 19 and resume Jan. 5, 2026. Deliveries to Library locations remain on a normal schedule until the holiday break. Please note all locations are closed from Dec. 24 to Jan. 1.

Digital materials

A large number of digital items remain available through Virgo: Search Virgo now.

Equipment loan

During hours of operation, equipment like chargers, white board markers, and bike pumps can be requested at circulation desks. A/V equipment is available through the Robertson Media Center. Learn more about equipment and tech at the Library.

Instructional and research scanning

Request items in Virgo or contact your subject liaison for assistance.

Interlibrary loan

Please note that interlibrary loan requests for physical deliveries need to be received by Dec. 5 for processing before the winter holidays. Requests for scans (articles) will be processed until Dec. 19.

Requests received after these dates will be processed in the new year. Services return to normal on Jan. 5.

Special Collections

Staff can assist with in-person or remote research. Submit an online Reference Request or plan a visit.
