Physical materials

All Library spaces are currently operational, but all Library spaces will be closed from Dec. 20 to Jan. 2 for the winter holidays.

Some spaces may close early or open later than Jan. 2, so you may want to check hours before visiting.

Digital materials

A large number of digital items remain available through Virgo: Search Virgo now.

Equipment loan

Equipment like chargers, white board markers, and bike pumps can be requested at circulation desks. A/V equipment is available through the Robertson Media Center. Learn more about equipment and tech at the Library.

The Robertson Media Center will complete equipment updates through early January:

The Audio Studio will close on 12/18 and re-open in a new room in mid-January, and the full RMC will be closed on January 9-10, 2024, for equipment updates.

Request items in Virgo or contact your subject liaison for assistance.

Interlibrary loan

Please note that interlibrary loan requests for physical deliveries need to be received by Dec. 6 for processing before the winter holidays. Requests for scans (articles) will be processed until Dec. 18.

Requests received after these dates will be processed in the new year.

Staff can assist with in-person or remote research. Submit an online Reference Request or plan a visit.

All Library locations are open for browsing, outside of the winter closure. See full hours and location maps.

Study spaces

All study spaces are operational during hours of operation.
