As Director of Communications and Content Strategy, Amber seeks to create intuitive and empowering Library experiences in online and offline environments. Working closely with the UX and Assessment teams, Amber constructs and implements information architecture through navigation, site content, and back-end CMS architecture. 

Working with the Communications team, Amber seeks to empower Library content creators to deploy engaging and helpful material to the web, and works to meet visitor goals and promote Library identity through various promotional outlets like digital signage, the Library news blog, and social media.
