Daniel has specific experience and expertise in digital archives, digital preservation, and archives technologies. He has held Digital Archivist positions at the USDA National Agricultural Library, William & Mary, and Berea College, as well as Research Services Archivist positions at the University of Kentucky and University of Michigan Special Collections Research Centers. He has also served as an independent archives consultant for the writer and farmer, Wendell Berry, and his family at the Berry Center Agrarian Culture Center Archives in Kentucky. Daniel holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Kentucky and a BA in History from Eastern Kentucky University.
