Printing & Photocopying
- Printing and copying in Library spaces is managed by Printing and Copying Services (PCS).
- Photocopy machines and printers are located in Clemons, Brown Science & Engineering, Fine Arts, Music, and Shannon.
- Printers use the PaperCut Mobility Print app. Use this link to download the app to your phone, tablet, or laptop. (Note: you'll need to be on Grounds or have VPN running for the link to work.)

Costs
- Black-and-white printing and copying (8.5″ x 11″) cost $.08 per copy.
- Color printing (8.5″ x 11″) costs $.60 per copy.

Self-Service Scanning
- Self-service scanning is available in Clemons, Brown Science & Engineering, Fine Arts, Music, and Shannon.
- The largest dimension scanner available for public use is 11 x 17 inches.

Computing
- Library users are strongly encouraged to bring their personal laptops or mobile devices to the library to do their work.
- Faculty, students, and staff can connect to cavalier, UVA’s encrypted wireless network, with these instructions provided by ITS.
- Guests of the University can utilize the "UVA Guest" network.

Digitization
The University Library provides a variety of scanning services for faculty who would like text, images, or audio-visual materials to be digitized for classroom or research use. For non-UVA affiliated researchers, there is a fee-based scanning service for the digitization of archival materials housed in the Small Special Collections Library.
