Mary Alice Kraehe Memorial Fund for Books on Africa

The Mary Alice Kraehe Memorial Fund for Books on Africa was endowed in 1998 to benefit the Library by supporting the acquisition of books, manuscripts, and other library materials relating to Africa. The fund was established as a memorial to Mary Alice Kraehe, who served as African Bibliographer in Alderman Library from the 1970's until her retirement in 1994.
