We are delighted to provide your class or group with an instructional session using the wealth of materials in our Special Collections Library. Please use this form for all classes and visits, regardless of size.
Timing
All requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance.
For classes and groups larger than 30 and sessions taking place during periods of high demand (Sept/Oct/Nov, Jan/Feb, June/July), we strongly recommend making your request at least 6 weeks in advance.
Note: Because of limited staff availability, Saturday and evening sessions are held on very rare occasions. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email rcalhoun@virginia.edu.
