Kelly has over a decade of experience in higher education development and joined the Library from UVA's University Priorities team, where she served from 2021-2024.

Prior to her work at UVA, Kelly held a variety of roles in the Office of University Advancement at William & Mary. Kelly completed her undergraduate studies at UVA, received a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from William & Mary, and is now working towards her Doctor of Education degree here at UVA.

Outside of work and school, Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for Sexual Assault Resource Agency in Charlottesville, plays with the Charlottesville Band Flute Choir, and is a RYT-200 yoga instructor. She and her husband live in Charlottesville with their cat, Julep, and collie-mix, Skye.
